Collaborating closely with 20 of the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine academic and research staff we developed an understanding of the current climate and built a behaviour change strategy from the ground up.

We knew that we had to develop a strategy that was achievable and manageable for London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. One that would have regular actionable goals for the business and the individuals within it. We also had to compliment this with a suite of thoughtful and vibrant assets that would clearly present their goals while nodding to the great work they were currently doing in the field of science. The end result was a three year plan of implementation and the road to net zero campaign.
