A nationwide collaboration between strategists, videographers, photographers, and digital experts from the Pals Collective. This extensive campaign told the stories of ten community businesses over ten weeks, with five documentaries and ten mini docs curated into purposeful content for social media.

Supporting community businesses didn’t just mean bringing in a team from London or Sheffield. Instead, we custom-built local teams to support each local economy. In total, this bespoke agency function comprised over 30 people from across the UK.

It was a huge success and the charity’s most successful campaign ever! With only £7k in media spend, we achieved 1.5 million impressions, over 50,000 engagements, and increased the average dwell time on the website from 30 seconds to 20 minutes.
